Three counters, one shop.
The sign above the door has said the same three words for years. Auto, business, residential. Everything below is work the shop actually does.
Business
Commercial rekeying and bulk key cutting for staff. One customer had their whole set rekeyed down from five keys to two, then picked up copies for the team.

Cut at the counter
Walk in with the car or the lock and walk out with working keys. One customer came in for bulk copies for their employees and had them cut by Tony, in their words, extremely fast and precise.
Or we come out
Lupe runs a mobile van for jobs that cannot come to the shop. A customer who needed a whole set of locks rekeyed had it done on site, down from five keys to two, without anything leaving the building.

There is a soldering station, an ESD mat and a schematic on the screen at the back of this shop. That is not standard locksmith equipment. It means a fob or a module can be opened and worked on at component level instead of being written off.
